In today's world, where environmental sustainability is not just a preference but a necessity, commercial businesses and institutions like hotels, restaurants, bars, catering, caferias, retail stores, wholesalers, health care facilities, educational institutions and office buildings, play a key role. Organic waste and left-over foods make up More than 44% of all waste globally each year, adding up to almost 1 billion tons.
