Our Fight

With the serious climate challenges we face today, we can no longer afford to change culture and behavior slowly.

Consequently, we are driven to make people, businesses, communities and even governments more active, conscious, and deliberate when it comes to making small adjustments for the greater good of the Bioeconomy.  We believe that each and every one of us should take it upon ourselves to make the small and realistic adjustments to our habits. Not only to make them less harmful for the environment, but to make them beneficial to our shared ecosystem. And so, our overall purpose at Biobag is to create the actual behavior that will have the biggest environmental impact possible.

Every day, Everywhere, For Everyone.

We don’t just sell certified compostable products. We create behavior for the betterment of the planet to give back to the Bioeconomy. Every day and everywhere possible.

Biobag comes from a profound driving force to do better as soon as we know better. We saw potential and necessity for change before most plastic manufacturers and transitioned very early on to becoming the Green Warrior that we are today. For over 25 years, we have been inventing products that make existing habits and behavior beneficial to the environment without comprehensive transformation.

We bring to market compostable and biodegradable* products for waste management, food services, retail, grocery, households, industrial applications, agriculture, and any people or industry who like us, wants to do better by the environment.

The overwhelming and confusing climate debate has left most of us not knowing how to actively change behavior for the better, but our motivation to do better has only grown stronger. As we move forward, we continue to invent and produce products that will make existing behavior and habits less harmful and more beneficial to us all.

biodegradable*- is a commonly used word to describe fully compostable products outside the United States, including our Canadian, South American and European markets.
